The second important thing about this subject is when do we consider a baby (or a foetus) a legal person with all rights? Probably we’ll never get to an agreement, but in my opinion there are a very important distinction between embryo and foetus, I think when the embryo becomes a foetus is when it starts to be a human instead of a group of cells or a potential person, and that happens around the third month. After that it’s more complicated because that foetus can actually feel everything, he or she has all their organs in functioning and is only growing and maturing. Either way, in cases of need (in case of the possible death of the mother or the baby), I think, it doesn´t matter how many month has the foetus. If it’s an emergency, it’s have to be solved.
The third and last point it is the religion. I’m not religious, and I think the religion is interesting to study, and I respect it, but I don’t think that religion has to immerse in this debate. In my opinion religions are a way of control and a form of intent to understand things that are away of your control and knowledge, and if we see history, only cause wars, pain and suffer.
